Just Another Sunday? ..... Nope!

What a Sunday! We gave our twins, Shawn & Kyle, tickets to the Ranger game which they enjoyed with their wives. Our reward was to keep 4 of their 5 kids for the afternoon. What a kick! Along with Megan (aka, Jelly Bean) who lives with us, that makes 5 of the 6 grandkids. They played in the water - kiddie pool and lawn sprinkler; chased the kitties; had a baseball game in the living room; kept Papa from his nap; and played really well together. We are so lucky to have such great kids, daughter-in-laws, and grandkids - what a family! Oops, I forgot to take pictures.

Progress!

Week two of the combined families living arrangement around here and all is well. I really enjoy having the kids and grandkid here & Megan has settled in. The only problem is created by me when I come home and get a sucker for a little sustenance - oops, Megan isn't allowed to have suckers yet, so she has a melt down. I have pledged to do better! ..... On the medical front, I have not had a prescription pain pill in nine days - only over-the-counter Ibuprofen & only one dose of that since Monday. I still have some pain but it is at a low enough level that I can tolerate it and I really do want to get off pain pills so there you go.
